Raindrop
Cake
In 2020, I was the Art Lead for "Raindrop Cake" and learnt to use Aseprite to make pixel art. It was my first time drawing in this style and also animating them. I enjoyed designing each of the cats and background assets for this project. However, I was not the main designer for the girl and only stylised her in pixel art. Overall, I learnt that it is quite difficult to work in pixel art style due to the limited canvas space and colouring options. But it was enjoyable nonetheless. The game is about a cat going on a journey to learn how to live its life from other cats and deciding for itself how to live its life.



You Are
Toast
I was the Art Lead for "You Are Toast" and designed food ingredients for the game. In the game, players will have to create sandwiches for customers and serve them within a time limit.






Pengwin
In Pengwin, I was the Art Lead and designed the different stylised characters for the project. It was my first time drawing in Procreate and I learnt how to animate from scratch. I did not add any lighting and shadows as my group wanted to do the lighting in game. The game is a toiwer defence game where a penguin defends a magical rock from evil villains and through building snow mechanisms.






The Repair Man
As the Art Lead for The Repair Men, I was responsible for creating character sprites and animations. I designed the walk cycle for both playable characters, using a shared base with different colors, and animated an enemy sprite—an old lady who reacts with suspicion. The playable characters can drag vases and wield a hammer, while the old lady patrols and gets angry when alerted. My work helped bring the game's 2D side-scrolling, cooperative stealth-comedy experience to life.









Maikaaaaaa
As the Art Lead for Maikaaaaaa, I created the game's visual identity by designing the environment, most of the in-game sprites, and key assets such as cats and plants. I experimented with different lighting effects on the plants to reflect various times of the day, enhancing the game's atmosphere and immersion. My work contributed to building a cohesive and visually engaging world for players.
